Baskets are made to order and can be created with a wide variety items. Popular basket themes include Southwestern snacks and cooking, fabulous chocolates, sumptuous cookie and gourmet cheese & fruit.

Santa Fe Basket’s goal is to ensure that baskets and gifts they send on a customer’s behalf will be enjoyed and remembered.

Patti is a big believer is an outstanding customer experience. Personal, professional, and reliable service is paramount. She seeks client feedback and uses this input to improve her offerings. When it comes to process, the Patti did her research to ensure that purchasing via her website was easy and user friendly.

When it comes to advertising, Santa Fe Baskets relies heavily on referrals. That Branding Guy Glover suggested that Patti use Instagram and Facebook to share product information with her audience. Food and gift baskets are a perfect fit for posting great images online.

Patti shares her customer service knowledge and expertise by giving back to the community. She manages a Hospitality Networking group whose sole purpose is to make the visitor experience in Santa Fe as good as it can possibly be!
